How long does it take to hear back from you once I've sent my email?

I work on emailing responses generally from Sunday through to Thursday. If you have emailed me on a Friday or Saturday, please note due to a busy wedding season and travel schedule, I may not get back to your email right away! Typical response time is 48 hours.

Do you deliver all of the photos you take during a session?

No! I carefully look through each & every photo from your event or portrait session and curate the best photos for you! There may be some similar photos if I love the situation that they’ve captured. However, I do not delete photos willy-nilly, the photos you won’t see in your gallery are any unintentional closed-eye, unflattering images that you wouldn’t want printed and hung up in your home.

Do you offer prints, albums, or other products?

Yes! Through your online photo gallery, you will have access to the best quality products from professional labs across North America! I only work with the best photo labs to ensure you have heirloom quality product to enjoy for decades to come.
